  • Account Information: When you sign up using your Google account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
  • Manuscript Content: We collect the manuscript file (PDF, DOCX) you voluntarily upload for analysis. This is your intellectual property, and we treat it with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, analysis reports generated, and session duration. This data is anonymized wherever possible.
  • Device and Browser Information: We collect standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Transaction Data: If you purchase tokens, our payment processor, Stripe, will collect your payment information. We do not store your credit card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Improve the Service: To operate the App, generate analysis reports, and enhance our AI models and features based on user interaction.
  • To Process Transactions: To handle payments for token purchases securely.

We love hearing from our users. If you provide us with feedback, support requests, or suggestions (via email, the "Feedback" tool in the App, or social media), we may use your comments to improve Manalyzer or for marketing purposes to show other writers how the tool is being used.

By sending us feedback, you grant Manalyzer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, and share your comments on our website and marketing materials. To protect your privacy, we will only identify you by your first name, an initial, and/or your writing genre (e.g., "Sarah, Romance Author") unless you give us explicit permission to use your full name. If you would like us to remove a quote attributed to you, please contact us at support@manalyzer.online and we will do so within 30 days.

How We Share and Disclose Data

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with trusted third parties who help us operate the App, including:
    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP): For secure cloud hosting and file storage.
    • Stripe: For secure payment processing.
    • OpenAI: For processing manuscript text to generate analysis. We have a data-processing agreement with OpenAI and have opted out of their data-sharing for model training.
  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.

Data Security

We implement robust security measures, including encryption for data in transit and at rest, and strict access controls to protect your manuscript and personal data from unauthorized access.

Your Manuscript and Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your manuscript. We will never use your work for any purpose other than providing you with the analysis you requested. We do not use your manuscripts to train our AI models or any third-party models.

Data Retention

We retain your manuscript on our secure servers only for as long as needed to provide you with the analysis. You have the option to delete your manuscript and its associated report from our systems at any time through your user dashboard.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and Update: You can access and update your account information through your dashboard.
  • Data Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
  • Opt-Out of Communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that all data transfers comply with legal requirements and that your information remains protected.

Children's Privacy

Manalyzer is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
