Understanding Manalyzer Pricing
Manalyzer uses a fair and flexible Token-based system combined with Manuscript Tiering. This ensures you only pay for the value you receive—whether you are polishing a short story or an epic novel.
How Tokens Work
Tokens are the currency used to pay for analyses in Manalyzer. Instead of a monthly subscription, you purchase token packages as needed:

We use a dynamic pricing model where the cost of an analysis scales with the word count of your manuscript. This ensures that shorter works are more affordable while longer works reflect the increased infrastructure costs required to process them.

Analysis Costs & Deep Analysis
Different types of analysis have different base token costs:
- Premium Tools (5 Tokens): Full Critique.
- High Intensity (3 Tokens): Fact Checker and Originality Analysis.
- Specialized (2 Tokens): Sensitivity, Themes/Symbolism, and Worldbuilding (Map Analysis).
- Standard (1 Token): Plot, Pacing, Dialogue, Market Analysis, and Readability.
Deep Analysis Upgrade
Deep Analysis is an optional “second pass” that looks at your manuscript in more depth. After the standard tools run, Manalyzer builds a meta-summary of your book, pulls out key claims and character/plot promises, and then re-checks them against the pages themselves. This helps surface inconsistencies, dropped subplots, and places where the execution doesn’t quite match your intent.
When enabled, Deep Analysis adds a small base cost and increases the token use of the most in-depth tools (Full Critique, Plot Analysis, Character Analysis, and Consistency Analysis) because they are effectively run twice with extra verification.

If you select a full manuscript review (approximately 30 base tokens for all tools), here is how your word count affects the total token cost:
- 10,000 word Short Story: ~15 tokens (0.5× of 30)
- 50,000 word Standard Novel: ~30 tokens (1.0× of 30)
- 100,000 word Long Novel: ~45 tokens (1.5× of 30)
